What kind of businesses do you typically work with?
I can work with businesses of all types and sizes - and not just ecommerce brands. However, ecommerce brands with around £1-5m turnover and small internal teams are especially well suited to my services and often tend to benefit from flexible, experienced support to improve their digital performance.
Do you offer one-off projects or audits?
I can provide both, depending on your needs. Whether it’s a full audit of your marketing channels, a site performance review, or help scoping a new ecommerce project, I’m happy to work on a project basis as well as ongoing support.
Can you work alongside our internal team or existing agency?
Absolutely. I often work as an extension of internal teams, or as a strategic partner to existing agency setups. I can help fill skill gaps, bring clarity to reporting, or act as a second opinion.
Which platforms and tools do you work with?
I’ve worked with Shopify, WooCommerce, GA4, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more. I’m platform-agnostic and happy to plug into your existing stack. I can also assist and advise if you are looking to replatform or evaulate your existing providers.
Do you handle the implementation yourself?
It depends on the scope. For many channels (like PPC, SEO, email, etc.) I can execute directly. I can help with small technical changes, but for more substantial dev work or technical integrations, I can help project manage and liaise with developers or agencies on your behalf.
